This is my first time working with a Wacom Tablet, I found it to be really fun, The reason for the title is because it kind of reminds me of putting a photo through some sort of filter. This was a really fund project which I did for a college class, I really wish I had a tablet, because this was fun.

It kinda has a military color theme, that happend by accident. -_-
